How to publish advertising programs to LCD backpacks through mobile phone / iPad?

When you receive the LCD backpack,  we need to download the“LedArt” App, which is used to publish advertising programs. 

"LedArt" is an mobile App for editing and publishing program, We need to install it into your smartphone /iPad  first,  then  we can use it to manage the LCD backpack.
